YIN YOGA SPECIALTY CLASSES

  • Three people practicing yin yoga in a meditation pose on mats, sitting cross-legged with hands clasped forward, in a bright room with white curtains.

    CLASSIC YIN

Our "Classic Yin" class focuses on slow and gentle movements to enhance the health of connective tissues and provide therapeutic benefits for the joints.

This meditative and functional practice centers on holding poses closer to the ground, offering a range of options for you to discover, effectively focusing on the targeted areas.

  • A person balances on a yoga ball with a bird logo, using their hands and feet during exercise, wearing gray leggings.

    MYOYIN

Our "MyoYin" class combines Yin Yoga with targeted Myofascial Release Ball Rolling methods. Various rolling techniques stimulate the production of hyaluronic acid, relieve tension and stiffness, allowing students to approach Yin poses from a fresh perspective.

    It’s an incredibly effective duo!

  • A person lying on the floor with their head and shoulders on the ground and legs elevated against a wall using a resistance band for stretching.

    WALL YIN

Our "Wall Yin” class uses the wall as a prop to adjust the level of stress in the target area of the Yin pose.

The wall supports your legs to release tension, moves fluids along the spine, improves circulation and provides extra comfort in classic Yin yoga poses.

For many, this practice can be a true game changer!

  • MYOBREATH

Our new innovative "MyoBreath” class merges traditional Yin Yoga with breathing exercises and Myofascial Release ball rolling techniques, meticulously crafted to relieve tension and improve both movement and respiration.

Experience the immediate benefits for your breath and range of motion.
