Our "MyoYin" class combines Yin Yoga with targeted Myofascial Release Ball Rolling methods. Various rolling techniques stimulate the production of hyaluronic acid, relieve tension and stiffness, allowing students to approach Yin poses from a fresh perspective.

WALL YIN
Our "Wall Yin” class uses the wall as a prop to adjust the level of stress in the target area of the Yin pose.
The wall supports your legs to release tension, moves fluids along the spine, improves circulation and provides extra comfort in classic Yin yoga poses.
For many, this practice can be a true game changer!

MYOBREATH
Our new innovative "MyoBreath” class merges traditional Yin Yoga with breathing exercises and Myofascial Release ball rolling techniques, meticulously crafted to relieve tension and improve both movement and respiration.

Our “YinCare” class is tailored for Caregivers, whether they are friends, family, or professionals who are dedicated to supporting a loved one. Taking time for self-care is not a selfish act; it is an essential need.
Gift yourself or someone you care about a much-deserved moment of self-care by participating in our calming YinCare class. This hour long class focuses on deep stretching to improve mobility and breathing techniques to enhance resilience in body and mind.

We offer customized Yin Yoga group classes for corporate office events, as well as “Kin Yin” sessions designed for special occasions with family and friends, such as birthdays and bridal showers.

Two Methods to Redeem a Class Pass Package Code:
SCHEDULE LINK: Upon purchasing a class pass package, you will receive a Product Order Receipt via email with your certificate pass code and a "Schedule" link. By clicking the schedule link, you will be directed to the booking app where your code will be automatically inserted into the "package/coupon" payment section.
COPY PASSCODE: Alternatively, you can manually enter or copy-paste your code in the "Package" Payment section and click "APPLY" to redeem your pass and receive the discounted price.
FINDING YOUR PASSCODE:
Your pass code is included in the Product Order Receipt email.
You can also log into your Account to access your class tracking information. Here, you can "Manage codes" and keep track of past and upcoming appointments.
Checking Code Balance. If you do not have a Login Account or you haven;t logged in, you can choose "Check by Email" and the system will email you the codes and remaining time.

This feature is designed for members who wish to schedule multiple classes at various times each week, like on Sundays and Tuesdays. It is perfect for those with changing work schedules or for individuals seeking to enhance their practice by attending Yin classes twice a week.
To begin, pick the date for your preferred Yin class style from the booking calendar. Next, click on the start time box to see the dropdown menu options. To schedule multiple classes at different times weekly, such as Sundays and Tuesdays, select "SELECT AND ADD ANOTHER TIME" after choosing each date. If you have a Class Pass package, you can bypass the credit card section during payment. Instead, head to the Packages and Coupon (+) section to input your pass code for a discounted rate.

This feature is designed for members who wish to schedule multiple classes in advance each week at the same time, regardless of the class type.
To get started, choose the initial day and date for your recurring classes. Then, click on the start time box to view the drop-down menu options. Select "SELECT AND MAKE RECURRING" to set the appointment frequency and the number of repetitions (e.g., every Saturday at 9:45 AM, starting on May 4th, 2024, for 5 times / sessions).
Next, click on “SEE AVAILABILITY” in the recurring appointment window and proceed by selecting “ADD APPOINTMENTS.” If you have a Class Pass package, you can bypass the credit card section during payment. Instead, head to the Packages and Coupon (+) section to input your pass code for a discounted rate.
